I have produced whole-program merged sources for various programs using CIL 1.3.6. They are available here. Keep in mind that these combined sources depend on the versions of libraries (and their headers) on my (Debian 4.0) system at the time I merged them, and may differ if built using different versions of libraries or CIL.
