I have produced whole-program merged sources for various programs using CIL 1.3.6. They are available here. Keep in mind that these combined sources depend on the versions of libraries (and their headers) on my (Debian 4.0) system at the time I merged them, and may differ if built using different versions of libraries or CIL.

Scmbug version SCMBUG_RELEASE_0-26-5 captures STDERR messages in the daemon with log4perl, applies design changes in the WebReports, fixes bugs in the TestDirector backend, and applies the policy valid_product_name on activity_tag operations, too. [Changelog]
Scmbug version SCMBUG_RELEASE_0-26-2 converts the daemon to use the log4perl interface and improved the checking of issued activities. [Changelog]
Scmbug version SCMBUG_RELEASE_0-25-3 corrects major defects related to setting up configurable logging in the glue and a minor defect related to configuring policy consolidate_cvs_messages. [Changelog]
The Scmbug project plans to participate in the Google Summer of Code event for 2008 as a mentoring organization. Students/interns with a strong interest in Software Configuration Management (SCM) are highly encouraged to apply for participation in our project.
Project ideas are listed below:
Scmbug version SCMBUG_RELEASE_0-23-4 corrects policy consolidate_cvs_messages when the policy is disabled, which essentially makes Scmbug usable with CVSNT again, and applies minor fixes to Test Director. [Changelog]
